Planting Tips: Plant seeds at a depth of 6-8 inches, making sure that there are 12-15 inches between each plant.

Harvest Guidelines: Cut or snap spears off at soil line when 6 to 10 inches long, before heads open. Cease harvesting when average spear diameter is less than 1/4 inch.
