Harvest Guidelines: Lettuce (head)—As heads become solid, yielding slightly to pressure. Lettuce (leaf)—Whole plant before hot weather occurs. Outer leaves can also be removed to allow for multiple harvests.

Special Considerations: Large, loosely packed, ice green leaves are crisp, tender, sweet; center blanches to near white; tolerates summer heat.
